Your role The Technical Delivery Analyst role reports to the Manager of the Technical Delivery team of Firewall Management Services. The role focuses on providing support and management to the delivery of the Firewall Management Service. The position works closely with the Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams responsible for 24x7 firewall support to the Deloitte member firms.
Responsibilities:
•Provide technical delivery support for firewalls across the Deloitte global infrastructure.
•Assist in the planning, implementation, and deploying of security infrastructure components.
•Ensure standard features of the Firewall Management Service are deployed to the firewall landscape, such as monitoring, capacity planning, and inventory control.
•Provide visibility and insight to assist customers with firewall assets, contracts, cost-control measures.
•Follow through with firm and vendor resources to close out tasks that involve firewalls in any Deloitte location.
•Pursue quotes, reconcile costs, and track delivery of hardware and software throughout the delivery process.
•Assist in finance and budget coordination.
•Be accountable for executing tasks according to established standards, procedures, and processes.
•Be able to communicate and work with customers and peers in different time zones and countries.
•Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to all levels of management.
•Be responsible for awareness and compliance to policy and guidelines.
•Report, pursue, communicate, and when needed escalate any breaches in information security or policies.
•Be able to coordinate and work with on-site resources during outage or critical situations.
•Adhere to established incident management SLA and SLOs.
•Be able to document processes and procedures for the collaboration with the team.
•Provide input into peer performance reviews.
•Mentor staff on technical processes and procedures.
•Contribute to, produce, and maintain technical documentation
•Ensure compliance with processes and adherence to documented standards.
•Assist in training new staff in technical processes and procedures.

You will be based at our London office, with an option of working from home one day a week.

Your professional experience
•Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
•Combined experience in Information Technology
•Professional security management certification from vendors is desirable, such as Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, and Cisco.
•Industry wide certification, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials are favorable.
•Ability to work well with team members in a globally diverse environment.
•Ability to analyze data sets for errors, omissions, and additions
•Knowledge of LAN/WAN and network protocols.
•Knowledge of monitoring tools.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to easily analyze and communicate complex ideas to all levels of management.
•Sensitivity and cultural awareness is essential as the role will interact with resources globally.
•Discipline and experience in recognizing and handling confidential and sensitive information.
•Excellent time management and attention to detail is essential.
•Knowledge of server technologies is a plus.
•Knowledge of virtual technologies is a plus.
•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
