WHO ARE WE?

We're a world leader in digital solutions, offering our services to upwards of 500 large retailers and brands. With over 15 years' sector experience, we've grown our team from single figures to over 50 in just 10 short years. Headquartered in the US, we have a presence across the globe and our Rotherham office has been purpose-built so as each order can be fulfilled on site. Our technical team is at the forefront of our organisation and is integral to further success. We have a 10-strong team made up of some of the most talented coders in the business, and are looking to expand further by appointing a Software Developer with a good understanding of Microsoft technologies.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Having onboarded a new CTO late last year, we have identified weaknesses within our development practices and are all for improving our results and ways of working. We're looking for a Software Developer to form part of a new squad of the development team that we're building out to tackle the challenges we're facing. We're in need of someone who can be vocal and approach these challenges head on, driving standards and processes along the way. There will be no 'business as usual' work, your focus will be on Greenfield projects including a brand new eCommerce platform and a lot of new API integration. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation, maintaining product backlogs and facilitating daily stand-ups.
