Our client is a managed service provider that specialises in providing IT support services for companies based in Bristol and the South West. They deliver outstanding support and services every day to a growing client base of small to medium business across the South West.

Your new role

This company have an exciting opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line support analyst to join the team and provide support to one of their key clients who is based in Bristol. In this role you will spend 4 days a week on site working with the client and being the main point of support. The other 1 day you will be working spend in the office working with the team and attending regular meetings. Interaction with the team and client is an important part of the role and will inevitably have an impact on the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
• Providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to the client on site.
• Diagnostics of support cases with the help and support of the REST of the team.
• Ability to liase with the client and the organisation so that business runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
