The Role

As a talented Java Engineer you’ll work in a collaborative team implementing, maintaining and upgrading existing & new systems in line ever-changing objectives. You will provide performance tuning and optimisation to high load / transactional systems whilst expediting deployment processes to maintain scalability

As a PHP Developer you will play an important role in the development process, having an input into the design and implementation of new and existing projects, and will be able to add value through your ideas and experiences to complement and enhance our in-house team.

The successful PHP Developer will be responsible for the below:

  • Writing clean, tested and maintainable code for a variety of projects
  • Code reviews - assessing the contribution of others
  • Liaising with other Developers and company employees on a technical and non-technical basis

The successful PHP Developer(s) will have the following skills/experience:

  • Good experience with OOP PHP and MySQL in a commercial setting (at least 1 years' experience)
  • Experienced with a modern MVC framework (Laravel would be ideal)
  • Ability to write tested code
