The role of UX Designer:

Utilising user research, the UX Designer will generate concepts and then communicate these visually with the technical team (Developers & Products Managers). The goal is to create engaging digital interfaces, which includes individual design elements for platforms and digital services in order to meet projected behaviours/ actions of users.

UX Designer skills & experience required:

  • Extensive knowledge of design research covering one of the following: Information architecture, interaction design, service design or visual design.
  • Hands on experience with design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer and JIRA Sketch.
  • Web and native app design experience.
  • A clear understanding of A/B testing.
  • A deep understanding of the link between UI, UX, ID and visual design.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering complex user experience projects.
  • Stakeholder interaction/ translating requirements of key individuals.
  • HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge.


UX Designer desirable skills:

  • A background in management and research.
  • Agile project experience.
