Responsibilities

To take part in the requirements elicitation process, including tasks and deliverables for defining business opportunities or problems, planning and executing requirements gathering workshops to determine the best solution for the customer.
Working to analyse, define and specify CRM Requirements.
Reviewing current cloud-based systems and recommending improvements to the system.
Designing and developing requirements into a workable solution.
Conducting tests to ensure the system is easy to use quickly and effectively.
Updating, repairing and modifying existing software.
Supporting business applications that have been created by the client.  
 
Skills/Qualifications

Experience working with SQL
Understanding and experience working within a project scenario
Demonstrable business analysis skills, Process modelling and solutions design
The ability to communicate effectively, to understand client needs.
Programming Skills – Knowledge/understanding of programming languages including but not exclusive to HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP & Python, a basic knowledge of agile development.
Business Skills – A solution centric attitude, an understanding of both business modelling and the needs of the target marketing, or a willingness to learn.

You will be joining a well know brand that have recently been acquired which has led to significant growth throughout their Marketing Automation/CRM team.

In this role you will be line managing a team of 3, assisting them on various Marketing Automation/CRM queries and training them within the platform. You will also have a big focus on the end to end management of Marketing Automation campaigns, helping out with the set-up, execution and reporting back on how effectively they perform. Also you will be utilising you analytical skill set to help with the reporting across various marketing teams and helping out with the overall management of data. Another key aspect of this role will be working alongside the content marketing team to assist with the Marketing Automation tool and the build of different emails. This role will require someone with a strong strategic background to help drive the Marketing Automation/CRM usage across the organisation.

Key Skills:
