We're helping to grow the team for a startup in Cardiff and are on the lookout for Product Manager. You'll work with the wider team to develop new feature propositions and help shape the voice of the product, reaching the right market to grow a loyal customer base.

What you'll be doing…
This role is all about being responsible for the design, commercialisation and continuous improvement for the product, helping the client improve and scale appropriately.

Initially, you'll own and manage the B2B API development backlog, prioritising and delivering new features however over time the work will move focus on the wider product.

We're looking for someone who's customer-obsessed but in a good way; needless to say, you are a social person with great communication skills and the talent to motivate people in the right direction. You're comfortable leading the pack and guiding them to the light, issues don't block you you either FIX them or find a workaround.

We're looking for someone who is a proven product manager, experienced in planning, designing and delivering consumer-facing apps. Our ideal candidate is a passionate and entrepreneurial problem-solver who wants to work in an early stage business, start-up environment.

Though you don't need 100% of this we're looking for people who -

* Are obsessed with well-crafted mobile and consumer apps
* Are proactive with the ability to use your initiative, provide innovative thinking and ideas, and function effectively in highly dynamic and unstructured environment.
