  • Triaging Tickets raised in Zendesk for a wide range of products

  • Investigating technical issues via phone, email and remote sessions

  • Ensure calls are answered and issues logged within the targets provided

  • Escalate issues according to client processes

  • Follow basic processes and diagnostics to establish problem and where possible provide the fix to resolution

Essential skills include:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
