The role will suit a Junior to Mid-Level creative designer looking to advance their skills, capability and career.

The Role:
The role will require you to be both visually creative but also have a logical mind for development. You'll work as part of a small self-organised team with varying skillsets, creating and maintaining bespoke tools, programs, platforms and services. They're ideally looking for someone who has a really strong development skill-set, who also has a creative eye for design and the ability to work on the design stages where needed.

Responsibilities Include:

Designing and planning technical solutions to meet business requirements
Translate PSD and graphic content into pixel perfect and beautiful front-end applications.
Designing and coding a range of creative including: mailers, banners, websites, landing pages
Coding and developing features for new and existing products.
Upkeep and maintenance of existing products.
Taking part in team activities such as collaborative-development and collaborative-design and code-reviews.
Taking part in cross-team activities such as knowledge sharing and documentation.
