£30,000 - £50,000

We have exclusively partnered with this fantastic bunch who are leading the charge in artificial intelligence solutions for industry.

I cannot speak highly enough about them. I absolutely love working with them, they're such a fun group of humans with a clear mission and I so buzzing to help them grow. As of the start of April they will be moving into their brand new central bristol stunning location, surrounded by the best tech talent in Bristol.

The team are building an industrial intelligence platform that is all about collecting industrial data from various assets. Who unleash the necessary analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning or cognitive work to predict equipment failures, streamline production processes and uncover the hidden trends in production processes.

They're a creative and ambitious bunch of engineers, hackers and entrepreneurs who love building awesome technology that can make a difference. With skills that range from robotics and AI to industrial manufacturing and software engineering with a team who have worked for some of the largest organisations in these fields including Google, Airbus, Rolls-Royce, Morgan Stanley and Ansys just to mention a few.

They've got one clear vision and are using all the tricks in the book to get there. I love the fact that they are highly collaborative, abuse the whiteboards, ask a lot of questions and are continuously trying to simplify and clarify the steps needed to achieve their goals. They are really autonomous but work together as team
thorough code reviews and innovation.

  • Competitive compensation plus annual discretionary bonus.
  • Company profit sharing scheme.
  • Informal dress code and excellent work/life balance.
  • Flexible working hours and working from home on agreed days.
  • Training and development programs.
