A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for a Deployment Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious location in London.

The successful engineer will take part in providing basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors. You will be hardware skilled to provide desktop, laptop/printer break-fix support and provide software installations and configuration in an existing desktop infrastructure or pre-designed project and will be familiar with current Microsoft desktop Operating Systems.
With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work flexibly in various IT systems, hardware, deployments, rollouts and configuration along with a drive and passion to succeed.

As an IT Support Technician, you will utilise your technical expertise and knowledge to maintain uptime of IT systems and streamline existing processes to improve the service. This will involve managing and maintaining servers, workstations, applications and other systems, providing advanced level of technical support and training to staff and students and serving as a technical expert in the area of system administration.

Experience needed
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server/desktop Operating Systems
Managing infrastructure in excess of 50 Windows Server systems
