• Be providing 1st line operational and technical support of the cloud-based IT software systems that supply our clients with Direct Debit (DD) Services over the telephone and email.
• Manage, develop and test technical solutions in relation to our payment processing and ancillary services.
• Improve platform visibility, availability and security by ensuring systems, services and thresholds are correctly monitored and any issues alerted are correctly and quickly resolved.
• Maintain and update technical documentation in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical contacts and promote Customers For Life.

As a well-rounded engineer, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
• Knowledge of at least one of the following: Cloud technologies, Microsoft Networking, AWS and programming languages such as PHP, Python or.NET/C#.
• A familiarity with APIs and SQL (SQL Server, MySQL and Postgres) database scripts and design would also be advantageous.
• The ability to ask the right questions to assess situations, problem-solve and troubleshoot quickly and efficiently.
• Being proactive with a diligent, professional manner and the ability to think outside the box.
