The client seeks a Backend Developer to join a growing team developing innovative analytics solutions. Working closely with the rest of the development team, you will be responsible for developing bespoke web applications with Embedded analytics such as dashboards and reports while integrating a variety of different data sources to produce proof-of-concept and product solutions for customers. The focus of the role will be around data analytics, unstructured data and anti-fraud capabilities.

The successful applicant is comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating the following skills and experience:

  • Backend Development skills in C#, ASP.NET, API Development
  • Basic SQL design and development in Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL
  • Any exposure to AWS is a definite advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for building sustainable solutions

You will be confident talking with customers and other staff in both a technical and non-technical capacity and be able to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will be the sort of person who is happy to experiment with new technologies and third-party products to integrate into innovative solutions, being a 'digital lego' builder.

This is the ideal role for a developer with a desire to be customer-facing, or a highly technical business analyst.

You must will have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail is a must.
