The PPC Paid Media Manager Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Team Lead to develop and mentor a team of up to 6 Account Managers while overseeing the full-service management of search, shopping, display and video advertising campaigns. As an EMEA Team Lead, you will manage an Account Management team that is based in Windsor, with the flexibility to work in the London office up to two days per week. Successful candidates for this opportunity will demonstrate strategic thought, leadership and client management skills that go beyond platform knowledge.

PPC Paid Media Manager Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Day-to-day management of a team of up to 6 ambitious and highly-trained account managers working across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video), Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, Display & Video 360 and Search Ads 360.
+ Proactively identifying and exploring new opportunities across the Biddable Media landscape e.g. audience targeting, new platforms, new competitor insight tools, new search engine features.
+ Mentoring team members and developing a culture of excellence, innovation and ownership.
+ Overseeing campaign performance and intervening where necessary to ensure optimum results are achieved.
+ Assisting with sales pitches
+ Managing the team’s monthly capacity
+ Forecasting team revenue over the short-medium term
+ Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
+ Guide career development and provide support and help them to overcome any challenges.
+ Helping to strategise and improve our account management teams' processes and operations

About You:

+ 5+ years experience in online advertising, whether at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or other.
+ 2+ years managing a team of at least 3 people
+ Technical expertise with the in-scope technology solutions
+ Demonstrated ability to lead in-person client meetings or client summits
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment
+ Skilled, process-based thinker that can help teams problem solve for technical escalations
+ Expert written and verbal communication
+ Experience in account management, including opportunity identification
+ Commitment to career mentorship
+ Ability to lead and work with many different personality types
+ Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (search, social and display) and paid social and ability to effectively teach these skills
+ Knowledge of Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager, Amazon Advertising and Google Analytics is highly desirable.

Within the last 12 months we have reached record numbers in both revenue and headcount, achieving annual revenue of £100 million for the first time since our conception and growing our team to over 400 employees. But we’re not finished yet. Over the next five years we have ambitious plans to double the size of our business, increasing our annual revenue to £200 million, and we need the best talent the industry has to offer to help us achieve this.

The Cloud Solutions Engineer Role

The successful candidate will work within the Technical Account Management Team to provide technical support and solutions to help maximise sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of selective clients alongside the Account Managers and ensuring team revenue targets are achieved. You will be engaging at a technical level internally and externally, with differing levels of technical understanding, so your excellent communication skills will be put to good use on a daily basis.

About You:

+ You will be someone people go to get questions answered and work done
+ Seen as an expert in something but knows more than anyone else about everything else
+ You will have experience operationally of Windows and/or Linux environments running business critical services
+ Understand Storage Technologies across a wide range of applications
+ Clear on the features and benefits of Virtualisation
+ Be on the road and ready for your Cloud Journey
+ Have had a quiet drink with the Hyper Cloud players, Azure and AWS
+ You will have a technical background and may have previously worked in technical support, infrastructure or deployments

For clarity we need people who have more than a passing knowledge of Windows Server, VMWare, DellEMC Storage and the principles behind creating and maintaining secure, resilient platforms to host business critical system. These skills will potentially have been gained in an existing operational role.

The Cloud Solutions Specialist Role

The successful candidate will work within the Technical Account Management Team to provide technical support and solutions to help maximise sales opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of selective clients alongside the Account Managers and ensuring team revenue targets are achieved. You will be engaging at a technical level internally and externally, with differing levels of technical understanding, so your excellent communication skills will be put to good use on a daily basis.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a global media organisation with a strong commercial arm to the business.

What will you be doing?

  • Frontline support and training on Salesforce
  • Testing fixes and new functionality in AMS, AMIS and SalesForce CRM; working with Business Applications to feedback findings and assist in process mapping for system developments
  • Frontline support and training on AMS booking system
  • Be responsible for data integrity in SalesForce (Accounts, Contacts etc); this will include monitoring work done by sales and coaching of sales when needed to prevent future mistakes
  • Ensure the smooth flow of communication concerning all leads, opportunities, bookings and RFPs through the effective use of Salesforce
  • Help ensure the smooth flow of information and collaborative working across all areas of the Commercial department

About you

  • Confident in using both Salesforce and Madgex softwares
