Your new company
I am currently working with a established organisation in Kings Lynn looking to bring on-board a NAV Support Analyst into their busy and growing IT team to support the wider business with their newly implemented ERP system.

Your new role
In your new role you will see yourself providing day to day 1st line support to the businesses NAV environment and user base, Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and Data import, export and maintenance processes.

You will be working closely with the Department manager and will support with other general duties within your capabilities that will be agreed between yourself and management team.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in a similar role working as part of a wider IT support team and having supported Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015+ previously will be vital in this position.
Your strong interpersonal skills, communication and rapport building at all levels of the business as well as being able to priorities effectively will all lead to your success in this role.

  • Experience of C# and Visual Studio
  • Knowledge of MySQL (including use of My SQL workbench)
