IT Support Engineer with experience supporting Windows / Microsoft environments is sought by an award-winning managed service provider.
As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the businesses desktop infrastructure. You will also be responsible for delivering technical support to UK business customers across a wide range of technologies.
The successful IT Support Engineer should have the following knowledge:
- Windows Server
- Linux Server (RedHat and CentOS as the preferred flavours)
- Active Directory/Profile Management
- Exchange Server 2010 and 2013
- Virtualisation (VMWare is preferred)
- Basic IP Networking understanding
- An understanding of ITIL (v2 or v3)
- TCP/IP
- Load Balancing
- Excellent customer-facing skills
