As Project Manager you will be an integral part of creating an estate wide master plan, so as Project Manager you will need practical construction experience to consider elements such as services/ drainage/ utilities and access to create project briefs and oversee tender processes with local contractors.

This Project Manager will also oversee and manage the construction and development / repair and refurbishment of the existing and new buildings. Therefore a Project Manager with a surveying/project management - consultancy or contractor background would be the ideal.
