As a Junior Web Developer you’ll become part of the core development team who strive for quality, exceeding client expectations and love to push themselves further everyday. We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer  who is motivated to learn and improve along with us, who can come up with new, exciting ideas that they can embrace as a team. You’ll be helping build small to enterprise level builds for a range of clients, bringing their in-house built designs to life by working closely with the design team to  ensure what the client is presented with is delivered. Additional responsibilities will include  scoping, developing, testing & delivering additional features & functionalities.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 years experience working in a Web Development environment as part of a team with experience working with a wide range of Web Programming Languages. However presenting yourself with a hard-working, willing to learn & having passion for what you do on a day to day basis is most important.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with the development team to improve your skills to develop web & e-commerce solutions utilising HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Working closely with project managers and designers to deliver beautiful, pixel-perfect

websites

  • Building emails using HTML & CSS
  • Working across multiple projects at the same time
  • Adapting quickly to strict requirements & processes
  • Working collaboratively & sharing ideas with an experienced development team

Your Skills

  • Experience with the following
    • Building websites using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
    • Building emails using HTML & CSS
    • CMS platforms such as Wordpress
  • Understanding of UX cross platform/responsive design
  • Minimum 1 years experience working in a development environment
  • Experience with time managing development tasks
  • Great client based & in-house technical communication
