This role is 25% hands on from a technical perspective, and 75% hands off with a focus on Tech/QA Strategy and process. It does not include any line management responsibilities and will perform as a horizontal function

You will research and ensure we are trying new and appropriate things from a testing perspective. You will be reporting directly into the CTO, whilst liaising with the Head of Engineering and Chief Architect to help drive the testing function forward.

Focus Areas;

Provide strategic direction and coaching to the QA team

Design, manage and maintain all Quality Assurance practices, standards, methodologies and metrics.

Drive automation framework development forward and promote the use of automation testing to maximize manual testing efficiency
