I am working with one of the leading Brokerage's in Europe who are extremely well respected in the market for being on the fore-front when it comes to technology. They are looking for a bright Trading Support Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd line support to clients and traders and someone who has a real passion for Quant and Algorithmic trading.

The successful Electronic Trading Support Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • 1st and 2nd line support of traders
  • Monitor client orders within proprietary algorithmic trading environment
  • 2nd line troubleshooting of system-level trading issues anywhere between EMS/FIX and Exchange
  • On boarding and training new clients

The Electronic Trading Support Analyst will have the following skills:

  • FIX Exposure
  • Scripting - Python, Perl, or Bash
  • Experience supporting Trading Applications
  • Interest in Quant and Algo trading
  • Windows, Linux and Unix
  • Previous Trade monitoring experience

Linux System Test Engineer – Global FinTech Company – Parsippany, NJ – 6-month Contract up to $60/hr.

My client, a well-established global Capital Markets technology company, is hiring in their Parsippany, NJ office for a Linux System Test Engineer on a 6-month contract at up to $60 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity to support a critical technology function in a well established and steadily growing company. The role focuses on Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing for Linux Systems and the team is moving toward more of a DevOps and Automation model.

To be successful in this role you should have a strong background working with Linux Systems and troubleshooting, in order to help develop and execute test cases. Experience with virtual machines (VMware ESXi), scripting (Python, Perl, Bash, Ansible) and automation, as well as Continuous Integration tools like Docker are highly beneficial.

A market-leading Investment Bank based in the City of London is looking to hire a talented Network Engineer with a background in automation, orchestration in a devops environment.

Daily responsibilities will include: participating in the planning, coordination and implementation of network automation and orchestration. The successful candidate will be working at CCIE level and should have previous financial services experience.

To be considered for the role you will require the following skill-set:

  • CCNP / CCIE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a network administrator or operator is required.

  • Experience documenting and maintaining networks at scale is required.

  • Hands on experience in a multi-vendor environment (ie. Cisco, Arista, F5, etc.) is required.

  • Experience dealing with financial exchanges or brokers/banks is highly preferred.
