Field Engineer to do basic networking for an events Company in Hereford / Shropshire way.

The Field Engineer will have the following networking skills;

  • Good Layer 2 knowledge - Cat-5 cabling & Fibre PoE Power over Ethernet
  • Group IP knowledge, including Subnets, ROuting and VLANS
  • OS knowlege of Linux / Windows
  • PTP and PTMP wireless a plus
  • Telecoms knowledge including xDSL, Fibre or ISDN

There will be work over the weekends though all transport, accomodation and food etc is paid for and you get to go to some great events for free, including some of the biggest Music events.
