Are you an experienced Support Analyst looking for a rewarding job where you can put your problem-solving skills to work?

Distinct Recruitment are partnered with a local company in their search for a brand new 1st/2nd line support analyst. You will join a small but perfectly formed team & will have the job of being the face of the IT department to users.

To be successful in this role you’ll need previous experience of working in an IT support role meaning you’ll be experienced at tackling both hardware and network queries, you’ll be knowledgeable about Active Directory & Exchange, Windows 10, VMWare, Telephony (VOIP, Cisco etc), Linux, Cyber Security and so on.

Because you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support within the business you’ll also need excellent customer service skills & a friendly manner. You’ll need to be a strong multi-tasker and capable of managing your own workload.

In return you’ll be given a salary of up to £28,000 per annum & be given an opportunity to really expand your knowledge and responsibility.
