My client are an industry leading technology organisation based in the Midlands who are looking for 3x Solutions Architects to join their digital function, responsible for establishing and operating a lean & agile principle-based architecture practice. You will work closely with the Head of Architecture to translate roadmap items into fit for purpose solution designs and will be accountable for helping to build a culture of collaboration & squad autonomy. The successful Solutions Architects should have excellent interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders up to C-Level and will ideally have experience with Microsoft technologies such as C#, Azure, Azure DevOps SQL & O365.
You'll be joining a team with a clearly defined product strategy led by a solid and experienced leadership team at the helm. The company has a culture for failing fast and progressing quickly, hosting regular training events and giving you the opportunity to attend relevant conferences.
