What you will be doing

As Software Engineer, you will work in a design for manufacture environment on a range of new products, with the opportunity to participate in the complete software product development lifecycle from design, through development and verification).

  • The role focuses on programming in Java. C# and .Net
  • Translating customer needs into software requirements
  • Web and cloud,  Tablet and mobile and PC applications development
  • Documenting the development process from requirements capture through to verification and release

About You

You should be/have:

  • Software Programming in Java preferred or (C# or .NET experience also considered)
  • Exposure to (HTML, CSS and PHP) is desirable
  • Experience developing web and desktop applications. Mobile app development experience is desirable
  • Have good backend and frontend experience
  • New Product Development experience
  • Object-Oriented programming
  • Software design and documentation using UML and Doxygen
  • Wired and wireless communication protocols
  • Data processing algorithms development
  • Software configuration and revision control using Jira, Subversion and Git
  • Debugging, test and verification
  • Degree qualified in computer science related subjects
  • Commercial experience in software development
  • All industry backgrounds considered

You’ll make-up part of the experienced .Net development team, with the responsibility of delivering high quality software solutions and the goal of building award-winning websites for a range of clients from different industries.
