Who we are looking for

Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate is someone with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Implementations and understanding of functional configuration, who has the appropriate personality and gravitas to play a client-facing role as well as provide programme management and execution expertise.

  • Demonstrate extensive industry/consulting experience within SAP Implementation
  • Hands-on full life cycle SAP project implementation and configuration experience

Job Purpose

As part of our Technology Solutions business, our SAP Practice focuses on implementation and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver significant value in SAP, contributing to the continued success of the thriving dynamic business environment.
  • Take full accountability for programme delivery during the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions including S4/HANA suite of products, SAP BPC
  • Deep understanding of SAP Activate Methodology/ ASAP Methodology & SAP Solution Manager
  • Help clients successfully achieve their goals through the use of SAP Technologies
  • Drive User requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, blueprinting & documentation designs
  • Identify key drivers of a defined problem and propose solutions.
  • Broad understanding and mapping business processes to SAP S4/HANA processes
  • Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues.
  • Select the most relevant tools/techniques & accelerators to meet specific client requirements.
  • Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new client projects.
  • Work within a collaborative team to deliver successful programmes of work for clients.
  • Develop solutions to client problems utilizing previous experience, methods, and tools; validating solutions with subject matter experts
  • Understanding the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools

Who we are looking for

Essential Criteria

The ideal candidate is someone with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Implementations and understanding of functional configuration, who has the appropriate personality and gravitas to play a client-facing role as well as provide programme management and execution expertise.

  • Demonstrate extensive industry/consulting experience within SAP Implementation
  • Hands-on full life cycle SAP project implementation and configuration experience
  • Management of Stakeholders, Governance, Change Control & Commercials
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with Client Stakeholders
  • Strong scoping/estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues
  • Formal project management qualification PRINCE2/ PMP

Desirable Criteria

  • Demonstrate full lifecycle SAP ECC/S4/HANA Implementation

Location

You will be UK based, however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects, you may be asked to work in other locations within the UK and beyond, sometimes at short notice and sometimes over lengthy periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process.
