In this data-driven role you will be required to investigate, diagnose and resolve issues while adhering standard operating procedures, escalating these issues where appropriate to the software development team.

I am looking for a Data Analyst to join an international organisation based in London. You will be working in the global (BI) team and liaising with various key stakeholders from marketing to finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop actionable insight through data and communicate this to the wider business.
• Perform data maintenance, data processes reviews, and data quality checks across CRM systems, which include: Salesforce, Marketing Cloud.
• Review existing data journeys and data integrity across platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
• Maintain existing dashboards and develop new dashboards in Tableau.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong business analytics background
• Experience working with Salesforce.com data (Salesforce and/or Marketing Cloud)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience using Tableau
• Work experience in CRM marketing or data management is preferable
• Strong working Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
• Ability to find a story in a data set and provide a coherent narrative about key data insight
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
