The role requires a high degree of customer interaction, general business consultancy, trouble shooting and project support for the wider IT team. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, the role will be a combination of project management and support, assisting with informing customers in the use of digital technologies.

What you'll need to succeed
The candidate will have: experience of a formal project management methodology (preferably Prince2/Agile) along with experience of working as a Project Manager. You will have a keen interest and background in digital technologies. Experience of developing business and technical requirements for IT business applications. Experience of systems specification and procurement. Experience of working within an IT technical support role and some level of systems deployment would be advantageous. Very strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills are expected as well as happy being hands on, pro-active and enthusiastic. Technical knowledge in one or more of the systems below would be useful -
