We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Homeworks Team at Yorkshire Housing.  We are looking for a colleague who will be an integral part of the Homeworks Team - you will have demonstrable experience undertaking data mining & will help the team to deliver key strategic aims and be an expert in gathering and analysing Business Information across different platforms/information sources such as SQL Excel, Qlikiew & Tableau. You will be able to work flexibly & juggle differing priorities at a fast pace, to ensure reports are delivered on time and provide insight to drive improvements.

  • Work collaboratively across all departments to identify & improve process/service improvements 
  • Create technical and user-facing documentation for all aspects of business intelligence and for Homeworks mobile IT systems 

 

What can you expect:

 

We offer a salary of £35,577 per annum  for a 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays. We also have a reward package to suit everyone – from a variety of retail discounts to a contributory pension scheme where we will match your contributions up to 9%.  

 

This is a 12-month fixed term, full time (35 hours per week) role based in our Head Office in Leeds but also across the Yorkshire region. The closing date for applications will be 15th March 2020 and interviews will take place on 20th March 2020.?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Homeworks Team at Yorkshire Housing.  We are looking for a colleague who will be an integral part of the Homeworks Team - you will have demonstrable experience undertaking data mining & will help the team to deliver key strategic aims and be an expert in gathering and analysing Business Information across different platforms/information sources such as SQL Excel, Qlikiew & Tableau. You will be able to work flexibly & juggle differing priorities at a fast pace, to ensure reports are delivered on time and provide insight to drive improvements.

Key duties include:  

  • Produce performance reports, monitor trends and undertake cost analysis to ensure effective, value for money in supply chains & in the management of sub-contractors. 
  • Inspire & support colleagues to use reports and dashboards, enabling the Homeworks service areas to operate efficiently, effectively and achieve strategic objectives 
  • Be a subject matter expert in BI and dashboarding techniques & drive improvements in reporting data. 
  • Proactively manage the BI pipeline and produce specific action plans within a prioritised worklist approved by senior stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively across all departments to identify & improve process/service improvements 
  • Create technical and user-facing documentation for all aspects of business intelligence and for Homeworks mobile IT systems 

 

What can you expect:

 

We offer a salary of £35,577 per annum  for a 35 hour week, 25 days annual leave (raising annually to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays. We also have a reward package to suit everyone – from a variety of retail discounts to a contributory pension scheme where we will match your contributions up to 9%.  

 

This is a 12-month fixed term, full time (35 hours per week) role based in our Head Office in Leeds but also across the Yorkshire region. The closing date for applications will be 15th March 2020 and interviews will take place on 20th March 2020.?
