Based in central London, we are an audience intelligence SaaS platform and digital strategy consultancy. We provide marketing solutions to companies through insights meaning we can help brands, clients and agencies understand their audience, what they're saying about them and how they're clustered demographically and geographically. Some of our most notable clients include Facebook, Twitter, The Guardian, Paramount, Mazda, Netflix, Spotify, and Heineken.
We are the only audience intelligence platform bringing together Social, Search and Web analytics data to give our clients a fresh perspective of their audience and how to relate to them. We originate from an audience research agency which means we can offer advanced consultancy to support global programs for our enterprise clients. We ourselves are customers of our own SaaS products and the most demanding ones!
The Opportunity
For this role, we are looking for young sales professionals with a passion for social media, a basic grasp of marketing and most importantly: a desire to be successful with a fast-growing, revolutionary tech company. This position does involve interaction with clients, both present and future, so the person we're looking for must be a friendly and confident communicator and used to speaking to a wide range of people, with a wide range of interests.
This is a sales-focused position and therefore we want someone who loves selling, thrives off competition and can push on through tough times - the role is phone-based, so again enjoying working on the phone is an absolute must-have.
The Candidate
We are looking for a resourceful, bright and confident candidate with the following:
2:1 Degree or aboveExcellent communicatorPositive attitude, eager to learn and grow with the companyThe intelligence to grasp difficult concepts quicklyDesire to succeed in a sales focused environment 6 - 12+ months experience in sales with cold-calling experience is a plusExperience of achieving against targetExperience selling into the USA would be a bonus but not essential
The Package
We appreciate that to get the best talent we have to offer an excellent package and fantastic long-term opportunities. This is why we offer an average first-year base salary of 23.5-25k complemented by a generous uncapped commission structure giving you potential OTE of 35k in your first year.
