I've been engaged by a boutique leisure business to recruit front and back end Developers to work on a re-imagination of their core back end system using .Net Core technologies. It's an award-winning company that have carved out a niche and that will be moving into the mid-size organisation in 2020. You'll be based from their head office, close to both Southampton and Portsmouth, and commutable by car or public transport from most of Hampshire.

Predominantly these are hands-on positions, but the first hires onto this project, hence the flexibility from junior to senior developer. Your new role

You will be comfortable managing multiple projects as it's a constantly evolving market, so the dev resource needs to be the same.. reactionary and supportive of an Agile way of working.

What you'll need to succeed
We need someone proficient in JavaScript/HTML/CSS and with exposure to UX/UI tools and processes. More specifically Angular has been used on the front end, but future tooling and tech is somewhat open to the successful candidates as this will be to join a new team.

The wider stack is Microsoft, so understanding of C# .Net / .Net MVC / .Net Core will serve you very well, as will any work consuming API's.

We're looking for high-level responsive design across web, desktop and mobile platforms, and a confidence in speaking to users and effecting change.
