THE COMPANY:
As an Analytics Lead you will be building out the US Insights team which consists of sub teams of AI, Product, Marketing and Commercial. THE ROLE:
In this position you will be building out the reporting infrastructure to power the companies analytics and lead the analytics strategies by working closely with stakeholders across the business globally.
Specifically, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Building self-serving reporting infrastructure through tools such as SQL and Tableau to ensure product development and strategic decisions are powered by data.
- Build out
- End to end management of projects by identifying opportunities through analytics and implementing findings.
- Lead the strategy for analytics by building close relationships with multiple teams while building out a high performance team.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful Operations Analytics Lead will have the following skills and experience:
- Highly experienced using SQL and Python and have experience applying this to a business environment.
- Be confident using visualisation tools such as Tableau to present findings to key stakeholders.
- Have previous experience in a similar senior/lead role where you have been responsible for managing a growing team.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and work in a non-hierarchical manner across several teams within the business.
- Numerical degree is desirable.
