A 6 months+ opporunity for an IT Project Manager Windows 10, Android and Skype for Business rollout, has arisen with the local authorities in Badminton, Yate.

Specifically, we need a Project Manager to run our Windows 10, Android and Skype for Business rollouts this year, so experience of projects in these technology areas would be an advantage.

Managing the concurrent delivery of technology projects from a wide portfolio, including but not limited to:

  • New technology implementation
  • System upgrades
  • Device rollout to customers
  • Managing external third-party ICT suppliers throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.
  • Communicating effectively with project stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Skills and Requirements:
Be a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent relevant experience.
Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently as part of a wider project portfolio which may have interdependencies.

Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You'll be working alongside a tight-knit team of skilled developers who deliver projects focussed on web and mobile applications. Having a strong passion for development and a love for creating well-designed maintainable code is essential as you'll be a senior/lead member to the current technical team.

Ideally, you'll have:

*A minimum 5 years + as a native Android/Mobile developer
*Excellent knowledge with Java and/or Kotlin
*Android/Mobile architecture
*Be able to demonstrate your work on the Play Store or similar
*Knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts
*Experience of working in an Agile environment
