A London based firm who delivers an online employee benefits platform are looking for an additional headcount to take on a support/devops hybrid role. This headcount will work closely with the devops team working with many devops tools whilst also taking on many of the ad hoc and support tasks that the team currently possess. You will engage in the support of new platform feature developments, bug fixing, infra upgrades and more.

We are looking for a Software Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to customers for bespoke software.

You must have experience supporting bespoke software, SQL/Java skills and a passion for customer service. You will love to problem solve, manage client expectations and go the extra mile.

You will be the first point of call to customers with an issue. You will triage, fix if possible, if not you will escalate to the development team and manage the process through to completing and closing the ticket. This is a customer-facing role, which requires daily interaction with customers typically over phone, by email and face to face

Duties will include;
