Are you an experienced Lead MI/BI Data Developer who is looking to excel your career and add value to a growing business?

I am looking for an experienced MI/BI Data Developer to join a well-established business who are constantly growing and developing. You will be a key part to the BI team and have a large input to how the team are shaped and developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead all technical aspects of Data and ETL throughout the group and to external partners, following and promoting best practices at all times.
  • Technical lead on Business Acquisition Support - Data integrations, ongoing management of acquired systems feed requirements into Head of Data Dev
  • Support and develop necessary Data integrations in conjunction with business and project needs using tools such as SQL (both on premises and in the cloud), SSRS, Alteryx and Tableau
  • Technical advice around Data and ETL communicated to non-technical stakeholders (ranging from Team Leaders to Project Managers and Directors)
  • Lead, mentor and support all Data Team Members in best practices, technical issues and problem resolution.
  • Be go to person in the team for all technical support, problems and issues for data related issues.
  • Complete and evidence full validation of Data from the core insurance systems ensuring accuracy

Skills Required

  • High degree of experience and understanding of SQL and Database's primarily SQL Server (Recent Versions)
  • High degree and understanding of robust ETL & data management and best practices
  • High degree of understanding in robust ETL & data management, Data Modelling, Master Data using best practices
  • High degree of commercial / operational awareness of data and associated technologies in business

The Role
• Delivering and supporting clients on the Kentico CMS platform from version 5.5 to version 11.
• Ensuring project requirements are coded, tested and delivered to the highest standards within allocated budgets & schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues/bugs on existing deployments as part of ongoing customer technical support.
• Work with User Experience and Frontend developers to deliver new and innovate solutions to our clients.
