My client are looking for several Java Software Engineers to be based from their central Leeds offices.

You will have a proven track record with software engineering fundamentals; algorithms, multi-threading/garbage collection and have a strong interest in new technology.

Key skills are as follows;

Commercial experience of software development using Java
Strong Object Oriented skills
Good database knowledge of SQL or NoSQL
Continuous integration, build tools and scripting
Source code version control using tools such as Git, Subversion or Mercurial
Automated testing including unit, integration and end-to-end testing
