Working as part of a modern, Agile cross-functional team, you will work closely with the Engineers on a variety of projects - mainly cool new features that deliver value to our customer experience. You will need to understand the requirements and deliver solutions that will ensure they can meet expected performance and reliability standards.

Automation is key to the role and they use Terraform to automate their IaC. You will also need to be comfortable building applications and tools used for automation. They use Python but don't mind which OO language you've used in the past.

You will use your professional experience as an IT Configuration ("Config.") Manager to support the workflow application.

You must be able to work to key deadlines and to the quality expected. You will play a major part in delivering the best output possible, primarily focusing on:

* Working with the business to gain requirements in order to understand changes that must be made to the application

* Participating in requirements gathering sessions

* Taking the tasks assigned to you, and configuring the solution to the required business needs

The must-have skills are:

* Methodical & detail-oriented

* Technically Minded and Business Focussed

* Knowledge of MS Visio and Process Mapping

* Ability to explain complex concepts in plain English

* Experience working directly with Operational end users

* Ability to eloquently communicate with Business Stakeholders and External Vendors
