A Dynamics Specialist is required for an international client based in central Milton Keynes. The Dynamics Specialist will be required to provide business focused solutions to the Dynamics 365 CRM design and implementation. You will provide responsive and professional support to users to ensure that all support work is performed to the highest standards, maintaining regular communication which inspires user confidence in the IT department and the Dynamics 365 CRM system.

 

The Dynamics Specialist will have offer over 3 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, agile working practices and offer a wealth of knowledge and expertise in:

 

  • CRM configuration and administration activities
  • Build and configure CRM entities, forms, views, fields, dashboards and workflows
  • Support CRM related projects leveraging knowledge of CRM capabilities and business processes and controls. This may include some business discovery/analysis, design, development, testing and deployment activities, as well as overseeing the transition of project output into BAU support
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with business users and the ITD Release Management team on the release of software and fixes.
  • Liaise with technical support, infrastructure, development teams and 3rd party providers to resolve problems, implement change and deploy software CRM solutions.
  • Experience in customisations, JavaScript and .Net/C# desirable
