Our client is an expanding SAP specialist solution provider and managed service provider. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join the team. As Senior Support Analyst you will be responsible for Junior and Associate SAP analysts and enjoy mentoring and training as part of the job.

Day to day activities include supporting new and existing clients in the provision of aftercare and support as directed. This includes;

Logging initial queries/change request and adhering to the company processes and systems.

Providing telephone, email and occasional face to face support

Maintaining the support systems to ensure continuity of SAP Business One support.

Reviewing, testing and documenting client systems before their release

Production of training manuals and materials to aid in delivering customer training.

Become a trusted advisor/consultant to established clients.

Skills required;

3-4 years SAP support and a high level of understanding of the full suite of SAP Business One components

Experience of technical telephone support and guidance

Demonstrable experience in collaborating in teams

Previous experience within a client support role.

Additional knowledge of complimentary solutions and technologies;

SAP Hana, Codeless Platforms BPA, Integration Framework, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Windows Server and Desktop software, SUSE Linux, .NET based programming languages.
