THE COMPANY:
This opportunity will open loads of doors for your career in the digital space. They offer training and upskilling and looking to bring in a CRO analyst into their collaborative team to work with their client across a broad range of sectors.
THE ROLE:
- The Optimisation Analyst will work closely with the testing developers, implementing the tests and deep diving into the analytics and devising actionable insights.
- You will own and run the optimisation sprits for the clients looking at end-end optimisation
- As the Optimisation Analyst, you will be leading A/B and Multivariate tests, testing strategies and gaining insights in order to enhance optimisation amongst multi-channels.
- You will use advanced analytics to enhance customer journey along with this having a strong engagement with clients.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Optimisation Specialist will have the following skills and experience:
- Trading and commercial mentality, with testing experience from a strategic perspective and understanding of the technical side.
- Proven commercial optimisation experience using tools such as Google Optimize, Optimizely and Adobe Target,
- Proven web analytics experience - Google Analytics/GA360, Adobe Analytics, SQL, R, Python
- Client facing background
