The successful Applications Developer will be responsible for development, maintenance and enhancement of business applications.

Salary: £55,000

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Wembley

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing new applications and services using C# with emphasis on File I/O, Winforms, Win Services, WCF, LINQ and Entity Framework
  • Writing installation packages in InstallShield

As the successful candidate, you will be working as part of an agile team, building our client's industry-changing SaaS product. This role will involve working with our client's wider technology team, including Testing, Business Analysts and the Configuration team.

REQUIREMENTS

You will be experienced with C# ASP.Net skills and have a passion for software development and building great products.

Further skills & experience we are looking for include:

  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Linq, MVC, HTTP/CGI.
  • Knowledge of web-based languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
  • Experience with Object Orientated Programming principles.
  • Experience with Web services/Rest.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

It would be a bonus if you have had exposure to front-end development/UI design and previous experience working with a SaaS product.
