I am working with a forward thinking solution based company, who are recognised and engrained within the remote workforce, providing software solutions for the care, management facility and commercial sectors.


Their aim is to reduce unnecessary paper work, cost and provide transparency through their solution based software to support the needs of service providers, which you will be an integral part of.

The Role

You will be working within a close knit agile team, in a busy modern office space. You will be learning, progressing and working collaboratively with like minded developers.

The core focus of your day will be VB.NET development, utilising Microsoft SQL Server on a Winforms-based solution. This also includes building API's in C# and web portals, built with ASP.NET MVC5 in C#. Most of your work will be in the latest version of VB.NET.

- Responsible for timely delivery of data submissions to third-party data providers

- Identifying anomalies and data issues and developing solutions to improve overall reporting

- Educated to degree level in relevant subject (computing / programming / mathematics / statistics)

- Advanced experience of data analysis and report building in Excel

- Data manipulation, Formula creation, Charts and graphs, Pivot tables

- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and querying using T-SQL

- Advanced skills in report building using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

- Experience in Spotfire, Google Analytics and Salesforce

- Understanding of relational database architecture and querying

- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools (SSRS, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
