As an experienced
member of our Software Engineering Group we look first and foremost for people

engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge
and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as
partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay

Our product team strives to simplify and personalize everyday workplace
experiences for employees by developing and delivering unified applications,
platforms, and interfaces that drive business value. As a member of
the team, you will be responsible for leading the technical solution design and
development team responsible for services and APIs that support mobile and
desktop applications, resulting in cross-device seamless experiences for application
users in the workforce.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and
capabilities, including:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture
disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design across all
systems
• Proficient
in architecting and developing resilient and scalable solutions using; Core
Java 8, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA or Hibernate
• Working knowledge of exposing and consuming JSON based
RESTful services using Spring
• Also beneficial, experience using JavaScript and
Angular or React would be
• Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and
best practices
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget
management
• Ability
to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and
passionate about building an innovative culture
