As their Java Developer, they don't care about your background so coming from outside of finance is fine, they'll teach you everything you need to know - what you absolutely have to have is a demonstrable interest in technology, precision and technical excellence.

The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing and testing new and existing features on a low latency trading system.
