I am looking to speak to Heads of Technology providing a hands on expert delivery management style to lead a team with our trading client. You will be expected to drive your team’s goals through to achievement with unrivaled communication skills to support a global platform.

You will bring system management in core trading platforms, utilising agile throughout day to day tasks. The successful candidate will prioritise and liaise with all teams, running business activities seamlessly. Investigating problems and resolving data issues yourself and relay to the correct teams when escalated and manage to completion.

This opportunity will also require client management, liaising with operations teams to implement our client’s software and working alongside sales team to ensure clear delivery time lines.

Technically you will need to bring a strong skill set in UNIX platforms, SQL, FIX and scripting knowledge. Having a can do attitude and personal technical development mind set will also be highly advantageous for this position.

Client Support Analyst 

One of the World’s largest exchanges is looking to hire a talented Client Support Analyst to join their team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to further develop their skills within finance within a highly reputable organisation.

The Role:

  • Field Service Engineer primarily working on IT hardware, Wi-Fi and EPOS
  • You will be working within the hospitality industry (pubs, restaurants and leisure centres)
  • Installation, testing and configuration of all parts of various IT and EPOS systems
  • Planned and regular maintenance of all on-site equipment
  • Diagnose and/or repair faults to component level
  • Provide a timely, polite and efficient service


Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday day work (9am - 5pm)
  • On call 1 in 3 weeks (9am - 9pm over 7 days - 2 days given off in lieu following week)


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 18 months experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally in the hospitality/leisure industry
  • IT hardware break-FIX experience, ideally EPOS break-FIX experience
  • Excellent customer service skills


Package:

  • Up to £24,000 basic salary (DOE) + on call + overtime + bonus (circa £7000) + company van + 33 days holidays
  • Standby and overtime varies but average out around £6,000-7000 a year - this is for covering every third weekend and evening.
  • There is an additional bonus for engineers to earn which works out at another £1000 a year if meeting the set objectives for this bonus.
