As the Technical Consultant you will work with big brands and smaller organisations, from management companies to property organisations. This is a varied role and will suit someone who is looking to enhance their technical skillset and showcase their existing talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify tasks that need to be done, making suggestions and asking questions
  • Write bespoke reports for customers
  • Configure workflow processes and email alerts
  • Assist the support team with third line support for existing customers
  • Carry out UAT for projects and resolve customer queries
  • Provide support to colleagues when needed

Skills/ Experience:

  • Being able to work as part of a team is essential
  • Happy to organise your own workload and be self-sufficient
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • A determined nature, self-motivated and committed
  • SSRS experience is essential
  • Ability to analyse data and manipulate it using Excel, SQL
  • Experience in Customer facing roles
