The Service Assurance function provide service management process assurance for the delivery of IT Services to internal clients covering some 50,000 users in 80+ countries globally.

Change Management annually provide governance reviews for 300,000 IT change records globally. The range of IT products supported is very diverse – ranging from wholesale infrastructure services to consumer banking applications and includes trading and institutional client applications



Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership and direction on global process standards
  • Ensuring the change management process is Audit Ready by ensuring we align with our standard and procedure for Key Performance and Key Risk Indicators.
  • Documentation review and updates including draft and publishing communications.
  • Data analysis and objective planning for process improvements .
  • Providing Audit responses and analysis. The process is expected to be audited in 2020
  • ITSM tool (ServiceNow) enhancement documentation, acceptance criteria and testing.
  • Close cooperation with external vendor to upgrade ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
  • Change governance for medium/high risk changes.
  • Providing information, and where appropriate, training on process and the service management tool
  • Identifying potential improvements in Change Management process to reduce number of failed changes and Major Incidents caused by change.
  • Working hours are expected to cover EMEA business hours. As the role and function develops there will be an occasional requirement to work flexibly with team colleagues in ASPAC and NAM business hours.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL PREFERENCES

  • 2+ years’ experience of working experience in Technology Service Management, preferably in change management background
  • Previous experience of  continual process and service improvement/analytical thinking
  • Professional working proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience dealing with infrequent requests from auditors and regulators
  • ITIL Foundation Certified (DESIRABLE, NOT REQUIRED)
