The role of Automated QA Engineer will be to work closely with the development team – as the team is close knit you will be expected to have a natural curiosity of the entirety of the systems and want to be involved in different environments including Linux and Windows. Your team will be supported by other technologists focusing on their business areas including - cash markets, the business and senior technology staff.
As their Automated QA Engineer you will be expected to have exceptional business knowledge/ skills –where you have worked on either real time market data projects, or equity exchange derivatives, and / or European cash markets.
The Automated QA Engineer will have a strong knowledge of:
- Automated Testing - Java
- Building Automation Frameworks in Java and Python
- Linux, UNIX, Windows knowledge
- Experience of scripting, including Python, Perl or Bash
- Financial markets passion and experience
