The Technical Architect will relish the opportunity to learn our systems inside and out, defining architectural systems and identifying any areas of weakness. You will succeed in performance analysis and profiling, using C# / .Net and Agile experience to work closely with the not only the development team but consultants and project managers across the company.

Location: Luton >> Direct train routes from London in 1 hour or less

 

Experience needed:

  • Demonstrable experience working on large scale systems, ideally a back-end focus
  • Proven experience with C#, ASP.NET/MVC
  • Strong experience with as REST, WCF, Web-API or Micro-services
  • Ideally have exposure Message Broker tools such as RabbitMQ, MSMQ, ZeroMQ or similar 
  • Strong on Agile Scrum, particularly TDD/BDD and ideally Dev-Ops!

 

Desirable experience:

  • Cloud experience such as AWS or Azure, .Net Core, E-commerce, Online security 

 

Package:

  • Salary base starting at £65,000 up to £80,000 + Annual bonus up to 20% (17% average for the last 5 years)
  • 1-2 days remote working & flexi-time

You will be working to build out new API's, working directly on their trading platform, they have C++ libraries in place so understanding of C++ is essential, working within Equities / Vanilla products within Pricing.
