This well-established organisation, operating in a very profitable industry, are seeking Senior Engineers to lead in their skilled technology team. You'll be working with market-leading technologies, with a core focus on learning and progression.

The stack consists of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Visual Studio 2019, Azure DevOps, TypeScript, Node.js, Web APIs and a variety of modern JavaScript frameworks, including Angular and Knockout.

They build everything from complex core internal systems through to products that are sold externally. They're a modern development team - TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and pair programming are all in play.

They're keen to hear from intelligent people with a flair for getting the best out of the people around them. You'll have a track record of building performant and complex systems, and whilst you'll be happy scoping out projects and architecture, you'll still be happy being hands-on.

In return, you'll have access to Pluralsight courses, an MSDN subscription, time dedicated once a sprint to learning, knowledge sharing through presentations, creative freedom and the chance to lead on projects to anyone who wants it.

The office is modern and close to Crawley station. You'll have access to fast machines, digital projectors, plenty of social activities and great coffee!
