The main purpose of this Technical Support Engineer - Computing is to provide 3rd line technical support to UK and export customers related to commissioning and fault finding and be able to recreate problems to enable the development department to apply a fix.

You will also be involved in assisting the Regional Sales and Business Development teams with all required pre-sales technical support for both end-user customers and reseller partners. You will be required to travel within the UK and Internationally at short notice with up to 2 weeks in duration.
