As an IT Technician, you will provide desktop, operating system, user and network support to several sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Technician your key duties will include:

• Using the companies ticketing system to provide 1st and 2nd line support for both hardware and software
• Supporting the sites Windows 20xx Microsoft Windows AD Network & Servers
• Building and deploying system images and software on Windows 7 & 10 & MS Office 20xx Suite
• Training the end-user in the use of ICT within the school

REQUIREMENTS
